House and amenities

On the island, there is an 80 m² house built in a Mediterranean Dalmatian style, made of carved stone, with a traditional roof and shutters.

Our accommodation offers enough space for a comfortable stay for 4 guests. It consists of a 35 m² living room with kitchen, two 12 m² bedrooms, and a bathroom with toilet.

The kitchen includes a stove with oven and a fridge with freezer. Electricity is provided by solar panels, with 12 V power and an AC 220 V converter. There is enough water with mindful use. The house also has unlimited Wi-Fi with an excellent signal.

Outdoor living

This small island is a unique destination where you can enjoy complete privacy, located between Sit and Žut. Marina Žut is a 20-minute boat ride away.

There’s also a large stone-paved terrace outside, shaded by natural greenery. Guests also have access to a barbecue with cooking equipment as well as an outdoor shower.

The entire area around the house covers 1000 m². It is flat and enclosed by a stone wall, offering plenty of space for outdoor living, sunbathing, and enjoying complete freedom and privacy.

Sea and nature

Ravna Sika is ideal for guests who want to spend their days by the sea, in peace and without crowds, with swimming, sunbathing, exploring the coast, and fully relaxing in a natural setting.

The island’s beaches are rocky. One part of the shore is shallow and suitable for children, while another area is ideal for safe jumps into the sea.

True Robinson-style experience seekers can also search for edible plants of the Kornati karst, such as rock samphire, wild onion, and wild chard.

On Ravna Sika, olive trees, pines, tamarisks, holm oaks, and palm trees, offering shade after swimming or during a quiet break from the sun.

Additional amenities

Guests can also book a small boat with an outboard motor for visiting nearby islands, beaches, and restaurants, or for going to the shop on the island of Žut. A boat licence is required.

Guests can organise their own transfer to Ravna Sika or arrive with their own boat. Moorings for boats are available on the island.

In Murter, secure and free parking is provided for our guests’ cars, as well as for boat trailers, ensuring convenience and peace of mind throughout your stay.

The host can transfer guests to the island by speedboat in 45 minutes or by fishing boat in 2 h 30 min, with no limit on the weight or size of luggage and cargo.
