House and amenities

Our accommodation is located at Punta Škrovada, on the southern side of the uninhabited island of Sit, between Pašman and Žut. The house sits on a large traditional Kornati estate of 420,000 m².

The 60 m² house consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area for 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and tableware for preparing meals. There’s also a stove with an oven and a fridge with a freezer.

The water supply comes from rainwater and is sufficient when used rationally. Electricity is supplied by 12 V solar panels, with an inverter providing AC 220 V. The house also has unlimited Wi-Fi internet with an excellent signal.

Outdoor living

In front of the house is a stone terrace in natural shade, ideal for enjoying the beautiful view of the Kornati archipelago and quiet summer nights. Nearby is Marina Žut.

On the shore, right next to the house, there is a stone pier, built with the care and effort of our family. Next to the terrace is a barbecue with cooking equipment, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying time outdoors.

The pier by the estate offers a safe mooring for boats up to 10 metres, allowing guests to enjoy a simple stay by the sea and arrive with their own boat.

Sea and nature

Sit is an oasis of its own rhythm and freedom. Here, days pass more slowly, and sunsets and quiet mornings make sure your vacation stays in memory for a long time.

In the shade of pines and palms, our house provides loungers for relaxing in the gentle summer maestral. Complete privacy, and a seaside space belongs only to you.

Our accommodation is surrounded by pines, olive trees, and other aromatic, wild Mediterranean plants.

Here, you do not have to do anything. It is enough to surrender to peace, listen to the sound of the sea, watch the waves, and let time become unimportant.

Additional amenities

Guests can reserve a small boat with an outboard motor for recreation or for visiting restaurants and the shop on the island of Žut. A boat licence is required to operate it.

Transport to Sit is also possible by fishing boat and takes approximately 2.5 h. Clean bed linen and shower towels are changed weekly, and a discount is available for longer stays.

The host can take guests to the island by speedboat in 45 min, with no restrictions on the weight or size of luggage.

Guests can also arrange their own transport or arrive with their own boat. In Murter, our guests have safe and free parking for their car, as well as for boat trailers.
